 The machine shown in the illustration is to produce roof panel.
The corrugated sheets produced by this line are strong and durable with high ribs. The joining type of these sheets is self-lock, which makes it easy to install and safe with excellent water proof and storm resistance.
The machine shown in the illustration is to produce wall panel. When the steel sheet is passing through the rollers, it has fine shapeand be cut into required length.
At present, we produce joint-hidden and seamed roof panel forming machines. Seamed roof panel forming machine adopts the installation by 45 degree seaming, which effectively prevents leakage and makes the roof better water-proof.
The machine mainly consists of decoiler, guiding equipment, roll forming system, post-cutting equipment, hydraulic station, control system, etc. We can design the machine in accordance with customer's request.
