Un-coiler adopts hydraulic cylinder to expand the steel coil and can automatically load material.
When producing of forming product used coil, that device which is to release the coil for feeding divides into an automatic type and a manual type. The loading capacity is from 0.5 ton up to 20 ton. In case of the automatic type, you can use it with coil car, and it is easier to exchange coil and more convenient than the manual type.
Hydraulic Mandrel Type

The mandrel shaft is operated by hydraulic and it has two kinds of inner diameter, ?508 (20”) and ?610 (24”). Mandrel Type Uncoiler : Hydaulic Function
Generally it is used for forming coil with narrow width and the mandrel shaft is operated by manual lever. The loading capacity is about 200Kg ~ 3Ton.
