Auto Stacker for Sandwich Panel
It is designed and made to help store a produced product and let it out. It minimizes damage of product when out-let of product. Labor is not necessary to stack, so it is effective to save the labor cost and is suitable for mass production. It is specially designed for stacking single sheet products produced from roll forming machine for Deck plate, V-115, SR-102, C-76 etc.
After traveling product by stacker the stacking device with Drop down system operates to store it automatically. When finishing to store product, the stored product moves to place to ship by out-let conveyor. Maximum stacking capacity is 3 ton.
